We currently deliver across Pakistan.

At this time, Clenzo does not offer international shipping or delivery outside Pakistan.

2. Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are simple:

Regular orders: Rs. 150 delivery charge
Bundle orders: FREE delivery

The free delivery offer applies to Clenzo bundle orders available on our website.

Major cities: 3–5 business days
Other areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Processing & Confirmation

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Before dispatch, our team may contact you through phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details.

To avoid delays, please provide:

Your correct name
Active phone number
Complete delivery address
City and area details

Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared for dispatch.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

You can place your order online and pay the courier in cash when your package is delivered.

Please make sure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Sometimes a delivery may take longer than expected due to courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address details, or other unexpected circumstances.

If you are not available when the courier arrives, the courier may attempt delivery again according to their delivery process.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, please contact us so we can help arrange the next steps.
