Welcome to Clenzo. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website, clenzo.pk, and to all orders placed through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Clenzo website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to follow them.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

Provide false or misleading information
Place fraudulent or unauthorized orders
Attempt to interfere with or damage the website
Copy, reproduce, or misuse Clenzo content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to the website where necessary.

3. Products & Pricing

Clenzo sells household cleaning products, including:

Tile Cleaner
Kitchen Degreaser / Grease Blast
Glass Cleaner
Cleaning bundles

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other information on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences in product colour, packaging, or appearance may occur.

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our Shopify website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, Clenzo accepts Cash on Delivery (COD).

By placing a COD order, you agree to provide accurate:

Name
Phone number
Delivery address
Order information

We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, receive incorrect or incomplete information, have stock limitations, or are unable to fulfill the order.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Clenzo delivers across Pakistan.

Delivery Charges

Regular orders: Rs. 150 delivery charge
Bundle orders: Free delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier company's service and delivery process.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery failure, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

You may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer available.

If you need to change your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make the requested change if the order has not yet been dispatched.

7. Returns

Because our products are household cleaning sprays, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return for change of mind or personal preference.

Please check your order when it arrives.

If you receive the wrong product or a product that appears to be defective, contact us as soon as possible.

8. Replacements & Refunds

We may offer a replacement when:

You received the wrong product
The product is defective or damaged in a way that affects its intended use
The issue is reported within 3–5 days of delivery
You provide reasonable proof, such as clear photos or a video

Please contact us at contact@clenzo.pk with your order details and photos/videos showing the issue.

After reviewing the request, we will determine whether the product qualifies for replacement.

Refunds

As Clenzo currently operates primarily through Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis where applicable.

If a refund is approved, we will discuss the available refund method with the customer.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for products that have been opened or used simply because the customer changed their mind or does not prefer the product/fragrance.

9. Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for using cleaning products according to the instructions and safety information provided on the product packaging.

Do not use a product for purposes other than its intended use.

Keep cleaning products away from children and avoid contact with eyes. Do not mix cleaning products with other chemicals unless the product instructions specifically state that it is safe to do so.

Clenzo is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect application, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clenzo takes reasonable care to provide accurate product information and fulfill orders correctly.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Clenzo will not be responsible for losses or damage resulting from:

Misuse of our products
Failure to follow product instructions
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control
Unauthorized use of our website

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Clenzo website, including but not limited to:

Clenzo name and logo
Product images
Product descriptions
Graphics and designs
Website text
Marketing materials

is owned by or used by Clenzo with appropriate rights and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use Clenzo content without our prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes relating to our website, products, or orders will be subject to the applicable courts and legal processes in Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

Clenzo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
